Caroline Henneberry

Caroline Henneberry is a music educator and soprano based in Madison, Wisconsin. Originally hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, she attended Belmont University for her Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance and her Masters of Music in Vocal Pedagogy. Her Masters Thesis, entitled "Emotion: A Dual Approach For the Vocal Artist," explores the synergistic relationship between healthy technique and effective artistry: two aspects of singing which she emphasizes in her teaching and performing. A versatile musician, Caroline's performance experience ranges from singing with the Nashville Opera Chorus to session work in Nashville recording studios to placing in the Finals for the ICCA. Her niche is Early Music and she has been performing weekly for a decade in prominent churches throughout the US.

Caroline is currently teaching in the Music Department at Madison College and Carroll University, while maintaining a private voice and piano studio. Aside from singing, she is an avid pianist and adores accompanying her students in performance. When she is not performing or teaching music, she is trying out a new recipe or knitting.
